BluePeak Capital (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a B2B commercial matching and brokerage advisory service. By accessing our website or using our services, you express your understanding and agreement to comply with these terms.
All services and funding products listed on this website are strictly designated for commercial, business, or B2B purposes. We do not write, broker, or consult on personal, household, agricultural, or consumer financing. You agree that any request you submit is solely on behalf of an active operating business entity.
BluePeak Capital is a commercial broker and matching advisor. We are not a direct lender, factor, banking repository, or underwriting syndicate unless otherwise stated in writing. Submission of your business profile information does not constitute a funding approval, interest rate guarantee, or commit participating underwriters to extend funding.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current financial metrics (such as estimated monthly deposits, business legal name, and start dates) during the request process. Providing intentionally fraudulent metrics may result in termination of services and potential liability.
By submitting a request, you consent to receive email and telephone communications from us and our verified funding partners. Consent to receive SMS text updates is optional and can be managed directly on our forms. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of California**, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in California.

We respect the privacy of commercial decision-makers. This policy explains how we collect, store, and process business profile data.
We use business data to assess underwriting eligibility, match your profile with commercial funding partners, provide updates, and coordinate specialists. We do not use tracking cookies for behavioral retargeting.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile subscriber consent is obtained strictly for the purpose of communicating regarding your commercial funding request. Standard text messages are sent via automated platforms only if you opt-in. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Although our services are B2B in nature, we extend privacy transparency. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your corporate contact data by emailing us at info@bluepeakcappro.com.
This DPA governs the processing of personal and business contact data between the Controller (you) and the Processor (BluePeak Capital) as necessary to perform B2B brokerage matching.
1. Categories of Data: Corporate name, address, decision-maker contact details, email logs, monthly deposits, and commercial transaction records.
2. Obligations: Processor shall only process data to match Controller with verified capital underwriters. Processor will implement administrative and technical controls to safeguard corporate records.
3. Subprocessors: Controller authorizes Processor to share information with CRM services, SMS delivery networks, and matched underwriting groups as needed to fulfill the matches. All subprocessors are bound to non-sharing data clauses.
4. Security Breaches: In the event of a confirmed breach affecting stored data, Processor will alert Controller within 72 hours of verification.
